Shipping Policy

A good shipping experience plays a major role in customer satisfaction and we MENI are here to help Embrace it, and want your online experience to be enjoyable and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping, and payment process to make the process simple and easy 

All orders are shipped via FedEx, Bluedart, EcomExpress, Aramex, Delhivery, Professional courier, DTDC surface with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.

• Shipping and handling rates may change based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.
• Domestic: 2-4 business days in Urban regions within India, once shipped. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service)
• 2-6 business days for the rest of India, once shipped. (This consists of regions that are only served by the Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)
• International: Currently, we do not have international shipping available. It will be available soon. However, you can contact us for special requests. 
• The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third-party logistics. MENI is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like man made strikes and natural calamities.
• Order deliveries will be made between 7 am-9 pm, Monday-Saturday
• The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payments.
• Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal
• If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
• You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
• You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure a seamless delivery.

In case of any emergency like natural disasters, Lockdown, strike or a crisis, we will be unable to commit a delivery date in such times. As a MENI member, your patience during this time will be truly appreciated.
